We give a fixed scope and a fixed price before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

A straightforward site moves quickly once content and approvals are in hand; larger builds with booking, integrations or a content library take longer. We give you a dated schedule with the quote rather than a vague range, and the single biggest factor in hitting it is how quickly copy and images come back from your side.

How do we start?

Book a call — pick a time that works and tell us briefly what you need. We will talk through the problem, then send a scope and a fixed price. If you would rather just type it out, you can talk to SYNC in the terminal instead and it will capture the same brief.

Do you work with businesses outside your own country?

Yes. The studio works remotely and worldwide, and every project runs over scheduled calls and a shared workspace, so your location does not matter. We have worked with clients across several countries and time zones.

Both. Established service businesses usually need a site that wins more enquiries from the traffic they already have. Early-stage founders need their first product built properly. What matters most is that there is a real problem worth solving.

Either. If your brand is working we will design within it and focus on structure, speed and conversion. If it is holding you back we will say so, and can handle identity and art direction alongside the build.

What happens after launch?

We stay close. Monitoring, fixes and refinements are handled as an ongoing arrangement, and we keep the code and content structured so changes are quick rather than a rebuild. You are never handed a zip file and wished good luck.

Who owns the finished website?

You do — the code, the design and the content are yours. We build on open, portable foundations rather than locking you into a proprietary platform, so you can take the work elsewhere without starting over.

Is the terminal console required to work with you?

Accepted Answer

No, it is optional. Booking a call or emailing the studio is the normal route; the console exists because some people would rather describe a project in a conversation than fill in a form. Both end up in the same inbox.
